If You Can Breathe, You Can Meditate – Sharon Salzberg
Yes. It’s just that simple.
Meditation may be new to some. For many others, breath is a gateway to the practice of many years of meditation practices – often referred to as “The Pause.”
Join Mindful Living in DC to develop and advance your personal practice.
We will explore Mindful approaches to Meditation that enable beginners and experienced meditators to:
Enhance meditative breathing and healthy postures
Nurture calm and concentration
Identify and empower vision and goals, and
Cultivate insight and peace of mind
There is no right or wrong way to meditate. For centuries, the practice of meditation and contemplation has been shared among all cultures and traditions. Our intention is to create safe spaces for anyone regardless of age, gender, background, physical or financial conditions to develop and evolve a personal meditation practice.
